I came back to this salon today and had my haircut done by Luigi, the stylist I specifically requested. He did an amazing job—professional, attentive, and clearly skilled. The result looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. The salon also didn’t charge me this time as an apology for the previous bad experience, which I really appreciate. It shows they care about their customers and are willing to make things right. Because of Luigi’s excellent work and the store’s sincere attitude, I’m changing my review to a full five stars.
